• 30 Days for exchanges
• 30 Days for returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY
• Flat $10 processing and shipment fee
• Up to two weeks to process your exchange/return request
• Any discounts items, clearance items are FINAL SALE.
• Certain items are excluded, please see below.

Damaged, worn, or incomplete-
If something looks like it’s been washed or worn (e.g. missing tags, dirty, torn, hygienic liners intact, makeup/deodorant smudges, pet dander, perfume stains, stretched...), we’re not going to be able to accept it. Items sold as sets must be returned with the correct sizes, as sold.
Intimate Apparel
We wouldn’t want to handle underwear that someone else has been wearing.
Bodysuits and Swimwear 
Similar to Intimate Apparel, as much as we love you, this has been just a little too up close and personal.
